I have been out of the kitchen most of the summer...enjoying time with family...

We have friends coming for dinner this weekend, so I'm back in the kitchen this week.
I'm planning on a Mexican Menu... Stay tuned for recipes !

These homes are from waaay back when pirates came to shore...

soooo romantic.... I can imagine Elizabeth Swann in a white flowy dress standing on that balcony

looking towards the water, waiting for Jack Sparrow to come back from the sea.... (sigh)

{ My little nieces came for a visit from New York. Oh how they loved the beach }

I snapped this later in the evening when my niece was playing in the surf. When I downloaded my pictures later, I fell in love with her blue reflection !
