Corn & Cheddar Chowder

If you're a regular reader of mine, you have seen this soup recipe before, but it deserves another look in case you are looking for a fabulous soup recipe for the fall !

IT. IS. AMAZING.

I have to have it on our menu at least every other week through the winter.

It's fast, easy and sooooooooo delicious. The best part ... Leftovers are just as good !

Hey, I just wrote down the recipe and saw that someone asked about trying greek yogurt instead of the cream. Did they let you know how it turned out? Thanks!!

Oh, I remember...No, she did not ever type back to let me know if Greek Yogurt worked or not...I'd LOVE TO KNOW though !!
