Raisin Bran Muffins

I've been busy cooking, baking and crocheting !

These Raisin Bran Muffins are an easy, portable morning breakfast.
These stay dense, not big and fluffy. It's like eating a bowl of raisin bran 'on the go'.

Raisin Bran Muffins

2 1/2 C. Raisin Bran
1 1/4 C. milk

1 1/4 C. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 C. sugar
1 egg
1/4 C. veg. oil

SOAK RAISIN BRAN & milk for 10 minutes

add remaining ing.

Bake at 400 for 18-20 min.

Oh sweetie, good morning...
The muffins sound delish, can I join you for one this morning?

I love your crochet work. I so want to learn to knit. That is my New Years resolution, to pick back up those needles, I picked out some yarn, and I'm going to sign up for some classes at the craft store. I have a grandbaby coming in June and I figure I could knit a plain little blanket by then.

Your work and colors are just beautiful. Thank you for sharing this morning, and I am so thankful for this wonderful muffin. Have a beautiful day sweetie.

Country hugs, Sherry

Love the crochet work. I do not know how but I admire those who can do it.

Muffins are a great breakfast...must have a cup of tea with them, though.

Hello. I, too, love your crocheted afghan. Would you mind sharing the pattern with a fellow crocheter? The colors are terrific. Thank you, also, for sharing your recipes -- mighty tasty.

Take special care,
Linda from West Virginia
