I just use a Sony digital point and shoot but I put it on the highest pixel setting. I wish I could tell you that I had a Nikon D90 or something fun like that. It's on my Christmas list! :0)
Beautiful remodel! Your kitchen configuration is very similar to mine. I really like your countertops as well, and the storage you added in the other part of the kitchen was beyond brilliant!
