Using Random.org, the winner of my first give giveaway is comment #5, who happens to be SeaLaura !
I'm not sure if it was 'fate' or not, but I as you know, I love the Sea, and my sister's name is LAURA, and SeaLaura is a Spanish teacher, and guess where I was born ? Spain !
Congratulations !

I think we all feel that way about our children. But don't forget, fire makes the strongest steel.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

This is my first time to your blog, I came via Outdoor Wednesday. I've been browsing around older posts and seeing lots of fun things. I missed signing up for your giveaway and when I came back to your front page I see you announced your winner while I was browsing. Congrats, I love sealaura's blog.

But, I'm sorry to see something has occurred with one of your children. I am the same way with my children, with no apologies. I hope that whatever it is, it will be resolved in a timely manner.

From a mom who has felt like what I think you feel like right now, the best and only thing we can do as mothers is let go, Let God, and PRAY.
Sending many hugs and warm thoughts your way. I will lift you and your situation up in prayer.

you are so right...we can only be in control for so long and then we step back.
I hope everything works out for you....
your family is precious.

Praying you strength to face the fierce, praying you peace to be gentle with your heart, praying you hope for the future to be amazing and praying you sunshine just for this moment and through to the next to shine big in your heart.

Know I am here to pray for you always, or just here to send you a smile if you need. Promise!

I can't imagine how much harder life would be if God wasn't in control. The challenge I wrestle with often is giving up my own control to allow God to do what He does best.

Glad your son is alright! :)
